Our plan provides
to our guests accommodations on FLAVIA's Place that is located on a very exclusive area, on a Condominium at Guaruja island
(close 100 km from the major city of São Paulo), that has a wonderful landscape and great beaches and all required infrastructure,
with an special focus on Nautical Sports and Eco-Tourism.
The Condo has a Security entrance with security guards, a
pier to reach the Atlantic Sea, a private beach, an extense area of tropical rainforest, 2 tennis courts, 1 soccer court,
and a trail for jogging. The Condo is close to a very nice Golf Club, at 1 km. Also several "Marinas" can be find on a radio
of 3 kms.
From the island of Guaruja is also possible to reach by Ferryboat the major port of Santos, a very beatiful
city, plenty of activity, nice Shopping-Centers, excelent Restaurants (fine dinning too), Discos, etc.
As a matter
of fact, the house is very functional, with a very well planned internal structure. Also the house has a swimming
pool with shower and bathroom facilities, a barbecue, a laundry room and an employee's apartment. It has 4 bedrooms and 3
internal bathrooms, the main one with a "jacuzzi". In the front it has a garden and a parking area. Confort is a must.
